G37 conversion has started....

After dismantling the front of my car last week I finally got the pass side G37 fender I ordered. While it basically fits into place, its far from perfect. Im gonna end up grafting the G35 and G37 fenders together in order to fit back on the car and to line up with the G37 hood.

Getting everything set up with a guy selling me his OEM G37 hood, that should be here in a week or so. Still looking for a decent drivers side fender. Ive got a few choices on eBay for G37 sport bumpers, just waiting to find one in good condition for the cheapest price.

After the parts have arrived its off to the bodyshop for roughing/welding work(I dont have a tig/mig welder). Then the car is coming back to me for bodywork, prepping, and paint. Havent decided if Im respraying the whole car yet or just the front clip.

On to the pix!!!

Removing body panels

New fender

IMO the headlights are the best part of the G37. Almost every other aspect (emphasis on "***") I like on the G35.
