Removed side moldings

Just did the DIY side molding removal and it stripped the paint and left a real bad stain. What should I do???

its hard to touch up paint chips where they are not that noticeable but can be done. I've done it before with touch up paint wet sand and buffer not sure if it was the best way to fix it but it worked.
