After a nightmarish experience with 180 customs (they ruined two sets of taillights), I decided to have LEDmarkers.com hook me up with a set of dual LED ring taillights with the G2flip shrouds. He did an amazing job, and I can vouch for his quality and attention to detail.

I had it so that both rings are on constantly while retaining the stock halogen turn signals. The only issue is that the new LED ring is so bright that it washes out the turn signal especially when I'm on the brakes. To compensate, I wired the taillight sidemarker to the blinker so that they both blink... but it's still not as conspicuous as I'd like. I need some opinions on whether it could be a safety hazard. There's a video clip at the bottom...

 

Change the signal bulbs to LED ones from Vleds... that should help with the brightness.

 

Looks sweet . Thanks for posting . I recomend to make the oem turn signal brighter by using a polarg or raybrig bulbs which are much brighter than the stock bulbs . With the dual ring turn integration or v1 tails it should not be a issue .

I still have to post up night pics and vids of mine. My lighting sequence is a little different than yours. I omitted everything except the 2 LED rings on each tail.

 

Heres some shots of mine. I removed that clear cover over the LEDs inside the tail. Also got 2 more clear domes in mine and mimicked the outer ones.

Thanks for all the comments. I'm gonna upgrade the turn signal and sidemarker bulbs with PolarG bulbs, and I'll repost with results.

G2Flip, the tails are looking good. I'm rethinking my decision to remove the trunk spoiler...

 

Spoilerless is clean. Get a third deck brake light and have Chris retro-fit some LEDs.
