Repainting the side skirts, is Black Bumper coating all I need?

Repainting the side skirts, is Black Bumper coating all I need?
This summer I am planning to repaint my Side skirts using Duplicolor Black bumper coating. Should I just follow the directions on this or should I Prime it/Clear coat it before/after. I already have the primer and clear coat. Thanks

don't do it, take it to a shop to have it colormatched to your car

FYI The reason Im painting them is because theyve faded and I want them to be crisp again

If they're faded just use back to black once a week or so
