will you be selling shrouds by themselves or are will you be vaccuum bagging shrouds that we send to you?

 

interested as I was planning on doing this myself anyways. I'd pay $250 to $300 for a set.

Yup . I received the sample from the guy we have building them but as of right now im not happy with them . The carbon looks ok and the overall fitment is ok but since they are full carbon he didnt make any mounting tabs . His recommendation was to epoxy them in but im not ok with that - smh . Working to find a fix . Hopefully it will be taken care of .

Ok finally a update . Like i said in a earlier post the shrouds that were made for us dont have mounting tabs . We have been trying to get the company to make them with tabs for us be they are not willing to do so . Were not happy about it . We are going to try to make our own tabs for them but being so busy finding the time is difficult . Once we do have a mounting solution it should be easy to replicate . As for right now if you guys are ok without the tabs or making your own mounting tabs we will sell them . The price will be cheaper of course and we arnt making much profit on them . If there are a few people willing to purchase them we can transfer the price break to you guys and give a further discount off the price . We are not going to stock them until we either mak a good mounting solution or find another place to make these for us with tabs .We will only be ordering at time of purchase as needed for you guys . Overall the fitment is very good and finish weave is about 95% . There are minor flaws in the weave pattern which equates for the other 5% . They are usable and do look good but we like things perfect . Normally we wont sell anything that less then perfect so if you want them we want to make sure you know what you are getting . Another mounting solution is to epoxy them to the lens in the locations of where the oem mounting tabs would be which we have done and works . I will keep you guys updated when we make some tabs or get any other improvements . Heres some detailed pics of the shrouds .
