Protective Exterior Parts, That Are NEEDED (Part 1)

I'm just looking for protective exterior parts, whether they're aftermarket or dealer installed.

Cosmetic & performance parts will be saved for another topic. Thanks guys.

I came across these:

1.) Car Cover

2.) Window Deflector

3.) Headlight Housing Guards

4.) Crystal Guard Paint Protector

What other parts would you recommend? Oh and.....no bras! ;-)

what's wrong with a bra, best protection out there to prevent chips on your front end and from a few feet away it's not even visible.

car covers are over rated in my book, first off your car needs to be spotless when you cover it, or you could risk scratching the paint with the dust thats trapped. When it rains you should remove it afterwards to prevent water from getting trapped under. I had a car cover once, used it maybe a handfull of times before I just got sick of all the hastles of installing/removing it.

Window deflector...don't think it'll work on the G35 coupe. The window is frameless so there is no where to stick it too, besides if you stuck it to the car you wouldn't be able to open the door since the window would need to retact down a couple of inches to clear.

headlight protectors is a good idea, the plastic is easy to knick. Just curious why you would put these on but not a clear bra?

We should be specific. The Clear Bra is good. A leather bra sucks.

I only use my Colgan bra for trips and for me it works better than the clear bra. The Colgan costs about 1/3 or less than a clear bra and after a while those clear bras start to look beat up. You could have your front bumper re-painted for about the cost of the clear bra as well.

Never thought of a clear bra before. I can add that to the list and take off the window deflectors.

Any other parts guys?
