Removing white plastic thingy >.>

How do I remove the white plastic thingy from the hole? They were there to hold the screws from the license plate.

I also need help on how to fill the holes left behind from screwing in the license plate too hard... they are really deep. Will it be better to try and fill in the holes or just drill through and use 4 bumper plugs? I would prefer to fill in the hole because bumper plugs are ugly. =/ I would probably do the DIY plugs if I needed 4.

Left and right side.

The anchors are just plastic plugs. Do you know what the backs look like? How far are they spread apart?

You can always snip them and push them back through. There are a million ways to fill your bumper holes man - go see a body shop and see what they tell you.

There is a tab in the back of the plastic thing that prevents me from squeezing the sides together and pulling it out. I guess I'll just cut them.
