i was quoted 100 to paint and install a gialla grille i got which is already primered (thanks strafe!!).

but all he said he would do is scuff it up, spray some black paint on it and secure it... to me that sounds kind of stupid. he was amazed at the fact it was fiberglass and even more astonished by the fact that most people use 3m tape to secure the bottom of the grille... im assuming he is an idiot.

is it easy to install this? what i was gonna do was throw down double sided tape, hold it in place, then drill holes and throw in the plugs. (this of course being afte i painted it)

also, how should i paint it? sand it smoother, spray it with black gloss paint (what type should i use) and then throw on some clear coat
