I have the wheat and have yet to look at it and think "crap..that's really dirty." Like Jairen said, just get the all weather floor mats.

You need all weather floor mats. Period. You'll need a good leather cleaner too. I made a mess of my drivers seat with an overdyed pair of black jeans during the rainy season. Even being a DD and having two boys in and out of my car, it's held up great. (...but then I'm a freak about how my interior looks. I hate any mess whatsoever. Just make sure to clean up whatever happens immediately)

I have stone and it hides sand but the carpets do need to be shampooed regularly and you do need to spot clean the headliner and surrounding areas occasionally. The only thing is that the seats show more wear as do the mats when they start to age. I prefer black but the seats get that greasy look and need to be cleaned a lot anyways and they get crusty from sun damage without heavy care.

I would say if you take care of it you will be fine! Also depends on the material. If leather its easy. It its suede its hard.
