Can I remove the lower grills on '05 G35

I have a silver G35 sedan and would like to remove those two honeycomb grills below the bumper line and attach some DRL into them. It would be easier to install in I could remove those grills. I know I can remove the upper grill with the emblem, but I would rather access by removing those lower two. Are they fused in??

Any help you guys can provide would be appreciated.

^ The two honeycomb air vents do snap on/off.

It would be nice if a vendor could make INGS-style ducts for OEM 05/06 bumpers but the market would probably be too small to make it viable.
