Suggestions on how to remove black marks

Hi,

A orange cone flew off an utility vehicle and hit the right side of the front bumper. Luckily the paint was not damaged, but it hit the side marker hard. It popped out and was damaged, but it also has these black marks on it. See pictures

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove those black marks? What kind of product to use?

Thanks!

probally get it off using a clay bar, but for a couple extra bucks might as well upgrade to clear ones

i can't view the images for some reason, but if its just black scuff marks, you can get them off easily with isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. just be sure to rinse with water afterwards and reapply wax.

using a clay bar can do wonders! I would expect it to work here as well.
