Skyline badges.. DIY??

I just got my nissan and skyline badges. I was wondering if anyone has put together a DIY on how to do it or if anyone can give me any tips. I'm mostly worried about the removal of the rear infiniti emblem. I know it is fastened from inside the trunk but I'm not sure how to get it off.

the infiniti logo isn't fastened from the trunk. there's just a whole hell of a lot of double stick crap on there. I used dental floss to get it off....then used a heat gun to heat up the remains to make it easier to get off.

Emblems are NOT fastened. They're stuck on with adhesive.

Just use a blow dryer to heat up the emblems... (don't get too close to the paint)

Then you go ahead and use floss to cut thru the adhesives in between the emblems and the paint.

Use some rubbing alcohol to get rid of the remaining sticky stuff.

Wash off excess alcohol

Apply the new badges. Take measurements just to be safe.

Also, try to look for G35 pics in japan. It'll give you a good idea of what it should look like.

I came fairly close.
