Hi, I have a question regarding the headlight bulb. I read the post on the forum and everyone said the replacement bulbs are D2R HID bulbs. But when I look up in the owner's manual, it said H1 bulb. Are they the same thing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Nope they are quite different? Don't know why it says that???

 

well i got the answer. If you don't have stock HID then ur top is H1 like mine. If yours has stock HID(like all of the 2003.5 and after) then your replacement bulb is a HID bulb called the D2R!

so I have the D2s and I’m wondering if it is hid or not because I have not found the ballast for it if so. If it isn’t please tell me and what could be a good replacement bulb like a H1 or what. Because I’m looking fo get aftermarket bulbs for my top and bottom of my headlights. Thanks! Btw kinda new to these types of cars.
