I have seen G's with all black grills that appear to be the oem grill black, with logo, instead of crome color. Are these just the original grills painted black or does someone produce this replacement grill for the coupe?

 

stock, but the paint is bound to chip off, its painted over the chrome...

 

looks great, did you paint it yourself or have a shop do it? how many coats....black + clear....total?

 

a shop painted it after an accident, i have no idea what they did... but they did warn me that it will chip off cause chrome is kinda hard to paint over....

but yeah, i LOVE it, it looks awesome! if it begins to chip off, ill either paint over it or buy a new one and paint that one!
