how hard is it to install the oem lip?

how hard is it to install the oem lip?
read a few posts that mentioned a few hours for installation due to having to take the front bumper off, etc. How true is this?

It took me 1.5 hours and I did not even read the directions. I would not recommend not reading the directions though. You do not need to remove the front bumper cover.
