I agree, just a hair too thick. Maybe 2-3mm thinner?

Frankly, I prefer my own homemade grille. That jsut doesn't work for the sedan. I just need to get it powdercoated...

I'm not feelin' the new grill. As a few others have mentioned, the thickness of the frame needs to be toned down a bit.

Did you custom make this one your self? or you actually bought it from somewhere? I like it and would like to get it as well (my sedan is also black)

thanks,

I made it myself, but the guy who I bought the mesh from replicated it and sells them now. PM me for more details...I don't think I can link where they are sold in this thread...you can check these pics out too...

You know whats funny? I posted two threads just like you did. Trying to promote an idea and to show the intrests in a certain product to get someone to prototype, and make a product. I did the same as you did, and never even read this thread untill now! Now my main question is... WHY IS YOURS A STICKY AND MINES NOT?!?!?!

Anyways, it looks great! It stands out alot in the pictures since its still raw and unpainted. I think once its painted, it wont stand out as much and will flow much nicer with the bumper. I think thats why people are complaning that it looks to "thick". Its just because it stands out too much. Good work Tkman, on helping to get this project going. Now if you can get whoever that made your thread into a sticky, to do the same for my **Who wants the INGs face ducts** thread... that'd be great!
