Infiniti side skirts HELP!!

I have an 03 g35 sedan, the side skirts on my car is a dark Gray and it seems to be a plastic material, I seen the 05-06 side skirts and they're much better.

Any chances they can fit on my car?

Where could I get them?

Has anybody just painted the stock ones the color of the body?been looking for pictures of this.
