Moisture in the Head Lights

I was told to pull off the Head Lights of my 05' G35 Coupe and put them into the oven and a low temp for a few minutes to get the moisture out of them, then reseal them, has anyone herd of this/done it and does it actually work? or am i better off doing something else? Thanks in advance for the advice.

yeah, ive done it before

but keep in mind, if you have moisture in there right now, there must be a leak somewhere in the headlights so when you reseal it up, use some new epoxy or resign
