Funky window issue on 2004 G35 Sedan.. Need help Please

So my 2004 sedan has this funky issue, and I cannot afford to blindly take it into the dealership and end up with a huge bill. Hope someone can provide some good advise.

This issue started with my back passenger window, and now has moved to front passenger window. Sometimes they act up independently, sometimes at the same time.

Note: They will always roll up, the problem is they sometimes wont roll down.

It happens like this. When I use my keyless entry to roll the windows down, as soon as I turn the ignition on, they roll up automatically, and wont come back down. If I turn the car off, then back on, they work about 50/50 percent of the time.

Occasionally, I hear them attempt to roll up on their own, even though they are all ready up.

So where do I begin. a loose wire? faulty switch? faulty regulator? Do I need to do a reset procedure?? How should I approach this?

Thanks in advance for any advise
