Installing rear pass side weather strip?

Installing rear pass side weather strip?
Does anyone know if there is a how to for this. The weather strip is loose a bit and I just want to put it back in place but it won't stay for some reason. I think this maybe part of the problem to my cabin noise when I drive 65+ mph.
