G35 Back Cables Hanging?!

So I just brought a g35 last week and didn't notice anything wrong with it until I saw two cables sticking out of the rear window of my g.... anyone know what these are? can I just cut them?

Depends where u live I guess. That means ur back windows been replaced?

Not really I live in Houston, never really gets cold... and I guess its been remove just got it last week, owner did mention sumthing about a window
