That's an aftermarket Nismo front bumper. Those vents are built into the bumper, that person just decided to leave that area flat black.

So its a whole bumper, got it. I thought it would be some sort of insert. Not looking to replace my bumper. Thanks for the help.

u can buy the ings duct gives a similar look and fits on the oem bumper
