Anyone Removed the Front Bumper?

Please give advice on the removal of the Coupe front bumper. I am going to install my Injen CAI next week along with Stillen Cat back exhaust.

You can do the CAI install without the hassle of removing the front bumper. I did mine by removeing the drivers front inner fender liner. I did not remove the foam block and I don't recommend that it be removed. I simply sliced a chunk of the foam block off to get the needed airflow.

Why do you not recommend it?

I don't think there is anything wrong with removing the foam block. I removed the foam block, but did not remove the plastic thing holding it.

Re: Anyone Removed the Front Bumper?

Thanks Pestilence, and G35Sedan. I haveheard about taking the bumper off. I think I want to install a piece of hard flat black plastic behind the grill. (just in front of the filter) to keep water out. Any comments on this?
Thanks,
Alan;-)
