What rear diffuser is this?

What rear diffuser is this?

diffuser is build into a chargespeed rear bumper

Yes, the entire rear bumper including the diffuser is the Chargespeed bumper. However, the Nismo diffuser and Kuruma Z diffuser look very similar and is a direct fit onto the OEM bumper as a replacement for the OEM diffuser.
