How easy is it to change the HID bulbs?

hm... its pretty easy.. take off bumper and take off headlight. Unscrew the black cap and twist the metal round thing and u'll see it! 
hardest part is getting the bumper off...

do we have to replace the ballast as well when upgrading the HID's? and if so does anyone know what the max temp we can have with the stock ballast??? on my last car i was able to run 6000k without changing the ballast..

wicked: ill get you some pic in the morning. if you go to g35frenzy.com i have pic in a couple different threads over there. i absolutely love the color ouput of them.
atx: i know the luminoscity will be lower but it is not that big of a difference. these bulbs are a 100 perecent clear. there is no coatin on them whatsoever. the pics i have actually show the bulb being blue than what they actually look like. i thinkit has to due with the camera i took the pic with. i will work on the pic later for you guys.
i love the color output of these bulbs and would not give them up for anything. the luminousity is less but it is not that big of a deal.
