Demon eye and color matched projector headlights (Twilight Blue)

Picked up some factory projector headlights for quite a deal. So the plan is to color match them to my car, Twilight Blue, possibly add some carbon fiber accents, and do the demon eye mod in either red or blue, haven't decided yet.

Waiting for my LED's and my wiring to come, hopefully tomorrow. I ordered both red and blue, plan on testing each one in the projector to see which I like better. Have a feeling the red won't go to well with the blue

Sadly I did, I wasn't even thinking. I've buffed both sides and they are getting much better. Just real small swirl scratches left

Why is sanding the inside such a big deal? If they are nasty and oxidized it has to happen!?

I agree, it seems frowned upon for some reason? It's like people are afraid to do it. But it does seem like it's harder to get clear again. I bought the 3m head light kit that worke but I've still got swirls. So I tried two different (finer) compounds and the swirls are still there. In low light the lenses look clear. But if light hits at the right angle the swirls are noticeable

Bought everything I needed off of ebay. 194 leds, 194 socket, and that's about it. I dremeled out some of the projector housing for the socket and glued it into place. Not much too it, easy mod, the hardest part is taking everything apart.

which part of the projector housing did you drill? are you talking about the metal half dome behind the glass piece of the projector?

I cleaned the inside of my heandlight lights.
It was oxidize from where the H1 bulb goes. The socket on the out side housing wasnt lock properly and air, etc got inside.
I used water and the buffer on my drill with no problems.
