Alright so I just got done painting my lip kit with the paints I got from NAPA. After putting 3 layers of clear coat on and letting it dry, I've notice sort of notice rainbow spots on the lip. How would I get this off or how do I fix it Any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately its a painting error where a lot of extra paint collected. You can try sanding it down and re-polishing if its a surface thing.

 

so is it the base coat or is it the clear?

 

Can't tell you. unless you feel it with your own two hands you wouldn't know.

 

Looks like a clear coat run?
