Has anyone bought the BAT overlays and put them on??? I noticed on his website that you have to order seperate overlays for the headlight, clearance light, and turn signal. Does anyone have all three? I want to know if it looks good, because I would think that if you put all three on then you would see the seems of the three different overlays attached to each other. Is that true? I don't want it to look sloppy.

 

I don't have them but can clear this up for you. The most you would do is two (clearance and turn signal). There are a couple options:

1. Full smoke overlay - completely covers entire headlight assembly
2. GTR style overlay - completely covers headlight assembly w/cutouts for lights
3. Buy just the turn signal and clearance overlays

 

What if I get the GTR overlay and the turn signal/clearance overlay? Would that look bad because of the seems?

 

My problem is that I dont want it to cover the headlight or fog light at all

 

I have the side marker overlays, i thought it would look weird having a portion of the headlight covered and another portion uncovered. I also love the G coupe clearance light so I wouldnt want to cover that up as the light from the PIAAs is already dim enough...

 

Anyone else have BAT's overlays??

 

I'd like 'em, but I'm still trying to decide which ones, specifically, are for me. I like the 6/10 GT-R overlays, but even those seem to cover more lights/markers than I'd like. Don't know if I need basic GT-Rs and have them cut custom at a local shop or what.
