I'm trying to get a little info on this and search has turned up nothing. My 07 g35 couple exterior drivers side door handle shattered and Ive been putting this off for awhile now. The key lock is still in place and I have both seals. The lock itself seems to work but what I'm trying to find out is what is necessary to put a brand new handle back in. Does it pop back into place? Again I believe the door lock actuator is fine and just the handle itself busted. Thanks in advance.

edit ive posted pictures of the new door handle and the broken one to show what snapped.

 

took 15 seconds to fix...*facepalm* no you don't have to remove anything. just wiggle the keylock out of the way so the handle to go back in.
