Exhaust drone bad pipes?? Pics

I I just saw this can this be a reason for the loud noise drone inside? I see its kind of opened there in the fist pic and holes in the second pic it looks like.

Do you have a fully stock exhaust system?

I don't know I just got the car the other day and the guy only had it for a little he said he didn't do any exhaust work. I'll take a video of inside when I'm driving and I'll post it today.
