Popcharger install

So i tried installing the popcharger today and i cant find any good guides on it so i tried using the jwt instructions, but they didnt help much. I cant figure out where to place the heatshield, i have it all in right now but the heatshield isnt inline with the air scoop.

The "bottom" mounts on a pinch weld for the body structure. The hole in the piece points towards the passenger side.
