Trunk lip question!!!!

I purchased a trunk lip off eBay and I've already exchanged it once because it was too short.

Emailed the company back and they seem like they won't exchange it out again to give me the size that I want (1170mm or 46 inches) because they claim the material (polyurethane) will stretch and lean over the edges.

In short : will the 1170mm polyurethane trunk lip stretch in summer heat?

Thanks in advance!!

Depends, some claim that aftermarket polyurethane parts will droop or stretch by the way it's designed such as a quite front bumper with a large air duct with no frame support which will result in drooping or stretching. But in most cases, it won't stretch and it sounds like it won't since this is just a trunk lip.

How many times have we warned members about buying anything on eBay?

Your first mistake was buying anything from eBay! I'm surprised they exchanged it the first time, consider yourself lucky...sorta! Send it back and request your $$ back. Check out our Marketplace under vendor exterior, IONIC has your trunk spoiler and you won't have issues with quality. Jose will even have it painted for $90 which is much less than most body shops would charge...check it out!
