Thoughts???

'05 G35 Sedan

So I am thinking of painting my mirrors shiny black. The car is silver and has silver caps. The chrome trim was painted black and already have dark tints.

What do you guys think? Stick to silver mirror covers or black would look better?

If you want something you might be able to remove if you change your mind then you should have a shop wrap it in gloss black vinyl.

Gary's vote!

Because your G is silver that's what I'd stick with because the mirrors blends in. Just because you have black trim doesn't make painting the mirrors black a great

Yep I might just do that. See how it looks. I can revert the process if I am not happy with the results.

Good point indeed. I am just not too happy with how the mirrors look. It feels like something is missing. It is one of those ideas that seem great in the mind, but once implemented, it becomes an epic fail.
