G35 coupe lumbar support

The lumbar support is very stiff in my car. Gives me a sore back I have it set back all the way but it's still stiff.

Is there a way I can make it softer?

The lever only moves about a quarter turn. Should it move more?

Yea. Should go from completely flat to a hump sucking out
