window motor

My front driver side window wont move, sometimes it works and just stops working again for months at a time. From what ive read the window motor is a common issue for my 2003 g35 , wondering what a fair price to pay for the install if I bring the part.

found it on rock auto

also a remanufactured that says its more reliable, not sure about this.

Start by troubleshooting the motor to verify you have voltage and ground, do the troubleshoot when it's not working obviously. I've seen too many pinched/worn/broken wires in the door to ever blindly replace a $100 (or more) window motor without verifying that it is indeed the motor that failed.

Prices I've seen for our window motor is ~$120 for a rebuild or ~$180 for new.

I replaced my window motor about a year ago. The part was 100 from rockauto. I did the install myself it's fairly simple.
