Ladies and Gents, please see attached photos of the wiring for my truck. I was trying to troubleshoot why my release wasn't working on my new to me 03 G35 and came across this setup. Thanks for any advice and guidance, this is my first cool car and I'm learning to work on it as I go!!

 

Looks like someone already solder/shrink tubed some of the wires. Fish around in there and you'll find the other end of those ones that are broken. They will need to be solder/shrink tubed back together as well.

I STRONGLY recommend disconnecting the battery, the wires are probably still hot.

 

You have to extend them about an inch. And yeah those are the amazing solder shrink connectors that changed the way I made connections on my electrical projects. Works amazing with a heat gun.

You need to fix the two ground wires OP.
