2006 AT center console removal

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to remove the center console for a 2006 automatic. I got the shift **** off but can’t get the rest off. I tried pulling hard with no luck. Are there screws i’m missing?

Doing an interior refresh

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Yeah it all comes apart in a specific order. Check out the FSM section IP - Instrument Panel.

If it's the same as the 6MT there are two screws under the shift boot cover that screw vertically down to the chassis, and the two screws in the back that are covered by the seat that screw horizontally sideways into the chassis, it looks like you already removed the rear horizontal ones.

Problem solved. Car must be in neutral to remove.
