Is there any way to change the amber/orange lighting emitting from this cluster above the clock? I saw a jdm cluster that shows a digital clock within that same cluster. Where can I find that part and delete the clock below the climate/compass cluster? I guess I would have to change out the dash as well

 

I'm pretty sure it's just orange light from the number that's reflecting off the plastic trim.

You could use some 600 or 800 grit sandpaper to give the trim piece a matte to satin finish which would reduce glare. I've done that trick on a LOT of auto interior pieces that had bad glare from either instrumentation or sunlight.
