I've seen a picture of red coupe, and I want to know what that front lip is this? Also what is that 2 little metal thing in front of the bumper. Thanks guys.

Just go to eBay and search for "2005 G35 coupe front lip spoiler" and make a choice.. It's a front bumper splitter that aids in air flow when tracking the car. The the rods are for adjustment to move the splitter up or down. That adjusts how much air goes below or above the 'splitter' hence the word splitter..
Most people install them for looks.
