Love to see some pics so I have a better idea of what you're talking about. So are these going to go on top of the small storage compartment (where navi pops out on equipped models) or do they go inside that storage compartment? Underneath the door? Also, what kinds of gauges will these be (volt, a/f, etc)? PICS PLEASE !

I'm definitly interested in seeing the pictures and possibly having one, as well.

I'm curious though, why it isn't being made for 3 gauges?

If its anything like the one Tik1 posted, then I'd definitely be down, especially if it has Nexus Autometer gauges.

nothing like the one in the pic alot nicer

check it....... on top of the storage lid a fiber glass piece is being made....my fiberglass guy went ahead and made a replica the lid out of fiberglass...he made the design already, i gave him the gauges, they are the new autometer nexus gauges.....go to autometer.com and check them out, he's going to make pods for them, so the gauges are going to be staggard its going to be two gauges and its going to be smooth like the speaker enclosures you see in the trunks of people's cars that are really smooth and molded into the speaker...well this is the same thing, its going to look like the clock on your dash, its going to have that smoothed out lip and the rear of the gauges are going to be smoothed out so they will look like if they are aerodynamic....the piece hopefully will be done by sat. he is going to drill the holes through the bottom so everything is smooth...i thought of putting them actually inside the lid and putting a very small linear actuator but i was like.....its nice but my gauges are very very very expensive and must be shown off

check this out an idea for the flip lid on the passenger side is like you make a piece that makes the gauges angled towards you......just get the pillar mount and make it horizontal and thats the idea ...this way it doesnt interfere with your air bags and it will make the interior of your car glow like a space shuttle... i was thinking about 4 gauges im going to go ahead and do it but the only thing is i need to come up with the money for 4 gauges (almost 240 each) so thats going to be a challenge but i can have the piece made ayway and mount normal gauges that i can borrow just to show you guys the pics plz give me feedback by the way.......

Ok so here's the questions I've got:

A. How much does it cost to have done?

B. Do we need to purchase the gauges seperately or are they in the total?

C. Is this all coordinated through you?

ok i defenitely want to market it due to ur guys interests and its potential it will be roughly 200 and it can come painted and all, if you want to buy gauges for it as well, that can be arranged. idunno exacly what the total price is going to be or not since it hasnt been sold yet ...trust me its going to look alot better than those in that pic

I like the idea... ...but what's with the 3rd circle above the gauges?

Can't wait for pics. You could sell a lot of these if you get moving and pics up and parts ready for production.
