???? i'm lost guys... i need a grill.... any help would help.... but no honestly i'm really lost. haha... got some screws loose.. dont know to much mixed emotions, so im curious who's the one to go with???

 

if u do get the UTR one, make sure they fixed the issue with the gap in the middle. If u do get the gialla and u happen to get the replica instead, again.. make sure they fixed the issue with the gap in the middle. If you get the real gialla, you're all good to go. I would get the gialla because I don't really like the fin like things on the UTR. But that's just me.. do a search for gialla and gather up all the pics u can find.. and do the same for UTR. Then do a side by side comparison

hm.... i didn't see a gap iss in the UTR one. My friend has it on his coupe and it fits nicely....

No gap on the UTR one either. My freind and I compared installed the two, the UTR fits much better than the replica. Also, the UTR is made of polyurethane, the center can be adjusted (if needed.) Hope that helps.

 

I have the UT GT-R grille and I love it - whether it has a gap or not is up to the installer - all you have to go is play with the center support a little to make it fit perfect...

i dont think the UT have problems with the grill. you might be getting it confused with the Silviaparts grill (Infiniti G35 Coupe SP Racing Grill). the SP grill also can be made in carbonfiber as another choice.

 

marty, if you don't mind me asking, where did you get your gialla grill/lip painted and mounted at? how much did it cost?...sorry for interrupting the thread....

ya they all lokk similar.
Gialla has a nice opening with no gap. (material ??)
Silviaparts (fiberglass) is a Gailla replica (had/has lil gap) plus they have the Carbonfiber option.
UnlimitedTuning (polyurethane) is like the Gialla but has small air flow fins on the lower part of the grill plus its make from better material compared to the Silviapart grill.
Datagrill if like the Gialla but the border seems to think IMHO (material ??)

I would chose either SP in CB if not that ill go with UT.

 

i think gialla looks the best.
