How difficult to install Sedan Aero(Nismo) Bumper?

How difficult to install Sedan Aero(Nismo) Bumper?
Is it a plug and play kinda deal? How long does it take? I'm debating dropping the coin on the bumper because it just screams hotness 
Did they ever finally come out with a replica of it? I remember there was talk about one being made.

There is a replica, but lot's of complaints about fitment. Go OEM.
