Possible to get Impul Sedan bumper in the states?

Possible to get Sportec Sedan bumper in the states?
I know you can order it from Japan, but of all the aftermarket bumpers, it's the only one that I like... can you get it in the states or do you have to buy from japan?

damn.. its not the impul bumper.. its a different one.. Argh!!
