Did you re-apply the OEM protective film by the rear wheel and fender?

no...it's still look okay today. no rock chips. i've driven for almost 5000 miles

I had to custom 3M my front bumper, inner side skirts at both front and back, and inner rear bumper, to avoid sand and rock blast chipping. It was a very smart investment, because then you avoid getting your kit re-painted very six months depending where you live.
