How To Paint Trim Pieces?

Is there an easy way to get our trim pieces painted? If there is could you tell me what products are successful. If you could also post some pics of your work that would be great for us all. Thanks.

They are the titanium door pieces and the center console. The titanium is cheap and I thought about either solid black or aluminum color. Help a brother out.
