Has anyone had a bodyshop or Infiniti dealer install an OEM G35 Coupe front chin spoiler? and if so, what did they charge you. I would like to order one but would need to have some one else do the install....I don't have a floor jack or jack stands to raise the front of the car.

Ramsey infiniti tried to quote $300+ for the lip and another 150 for install when i bought my G.

Needless to say they had to include it and labor for me to sign on the dotted line

 

unless it's $50 or less, you can do it yourself. it only requires some drilling and taking out the underbody pieces.

 

you should think about just getting some ramps and doing it yourself. I don't think it is really very hard to do. Plus having a set of ramps around is pretty handy.

 

Infiniti is going to charge you ~$90/hr for a 1-1.5hr install. If I were you, I'd go to Nissan or other dealer and ask someone at the body shop to do it on the side... $50.
