changing the fog lights(silver caps)

I need to know how to change the fog lights i cant figure out how to pull of the light fixture. help please has anyone takin off the silver caps that cover the actual bulb if so what does it do and is the light any brighter

Dont remove the cap. If you do, it causes alot of glare. To get to your foglights and change the bulbs, do a search in the DIY sub-forum
