JapanParts

Does anyone know the turn-around time for JapaParts.com to respond to an email request? I've placed two requests, one on Thursday with my work email, and one on Sunday with my home email. I have not heard back from them yet.
Oh yeah, I'm ordering the clear side markers from them.

Re: JapanParts

This has nothing to do with JapanParts but most of the time if I send an email to a company requesting info I get no response. You either have to call or actually order before there is any feedback at all. Not in their defense, but they probably get tons of email everyday, I just hope they at least respond to some of them.

Email him directly with what you need. If you want clear signals, let me know if you have a coupe or a sedan and I'll give you the exact part number. It took him roughly 4 days to respond, but answered follow up emails instantly.

Edit because the email address was messed up!

Re: JapanParts

Sound professional when you do this too. I sent them a professional business sounding email that I was interested in purchasing certain items (even ones that they did not have on their website) and they responded to me next day very quickly. And all my emails I sent them since have been returned very prompt.

I bet the reason why they treated me well is because I sounded serious and didn't sound that I was just poking or dicking them around. I bet they get tons of emails from people who are just flying here and there for prices and no commitment. So sound adamant about what info and interest with them, and I bet you will get a really fast response....

- Don't argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.=P-

Re: JapanParts

I got responses within 2 days from JapanParts on a couple emails when I ordered Clear Lenses and made an inquiry about whether they could get another product at the same time. I never received a response to a separate inquiry about their "Mood Illumination" product. The question may have been too difficult for them to understand. Keep in mind that English is not their first language.

Re: JapanParts

I placed a request for the clear lense price last week and never got a follow-up. So yesterday I just went ahead and placed an order and they returned my e-mail the very next day. Funny how money talks, ain't it!

Re: JapanParts

I never meant this thread to bash Japan Parts. I was just concerned that I have not heard back from them for awhile.
Might I point out that I did get a response, and my lenses are on their way as I type this.
