is there anyway i cant get the dual exhaust look on the 05 g35x sedan?

i think he's talking about having tailpipes on both sides of the rear bumper

 

If you want the dual look with one exhaust on each side then the answer is YES if you have lots of money to spend cutting and welding new body metal. The answer is NO if you are looking for a bolt on mod.
