Not to jack - I am a sedan owner who envies you SP/Gialla grille owners Can someone please post a pic of th grille uninstalled. Does this grille just fit like the stock grille using factory fasteners. I am trying to identify differences between the coupe and sedan. I am almost tempted to buy a coupe one and modify to fit, but I am not fiberglass expert . Any help is greatly appreciated!

Gialla will be a great fit for every grille because its urethane and comes from a mold. Anything with fiberglass will have a higher level of imperfections and manufacturing discrepencies piece to piece. Most people get the SP grille and call it Gialla, one because its a Gialla copy and thats what most people recognize it as; second, they want to be save money but not look cheap.

I wanted to ensure I was getting quality, so I went Gialla. Took 3 weeks to get it directly from Japan via Japanparts.com. Price with shipping was like $330.

robbdogg, where in houston did you take it to get it painted? how much did it cost and how long does it take? I plan on getting one also... and are you installing it yourself?

helldorado... looking nice man... how much did it cost you to get yours painted? and what was the turn around time to get it back? was it easy to install? So japanparts.com takes 3 weeks to get em to your door? I know a few other places that can order em, but they say wait as long as 5-8 weeks...

~$150. Took it to my body shop that did my front end work when I needed a new front fascia. They do first class work, so it was worth the extra cost. It was done in a day, just had to schedule the appointment. I let it sit for 2 weeks before installing so the paint could cure. Install took 10 minutes, hardest part is getting the lower clips off the OE grille.

It was 3 weeks, maybe 4 at most for delivery. I've had good experiences with them. International deliveries will arrive even on Sunday via USPS.

you guys with the giall grille - did you replace the metal mesh that comes with the grille with the thick plastic one that you can buy from one of the members here?

If not - how is the chipping?
